By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Vetted: Career Intelligence ("Vetted," the "App," or the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Vetted is operated by Vetted AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to both the iOS app available on the Apple App Store and the web version available at tryvettedai.com.
Vetted is a career intelligence platform that allows users to score job opportunities against a personalized filter framework using artificial intelligence, track application status, analyze market compensation data, and receive AI-generated coaching insights.
The Service may provide a proprietary Vetted Quotient (VQ) score, along with recommendations such as Pursue, Monitor, or Pass.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are between 16 and 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement, that you are legally able to enter into these Terms, that you will provide accurate and complete information, and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Service is not intended for children under 16.
You may sign in using Apple Sign In, GitHub OAuth, or another supported authentication method. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service, to other users, or to us.
The VQ score and all AI-generated outputs, including scoring verdicts, coaching insights, salary estimates, filter analyses, narrative summaries, and fit assessments, are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional career advice, employment guidance, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice.
AI-generated outputs are based on the information you provide and on patterns in underlying models and data sources. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or otherwise unsuitable for your specific situation.
You are solely responsible for all career and employment decisions you make. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, compensation outcomes, promotions, placements, or any other result based on use of the Service.
You may submit, upload, paste, or otherwise provide content to the Service, including career profile information, job descriptions, role titles and company names, compensation preferences, location preferences, work history summaries, notes, comparisons, and application status, and any other information you choose to provide. You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the limited rights you grant us in these Terms.
You grant Vetted AI LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, display, analyze, and otherwise use your User Content solely to provide and operate the Service, generate scores, comparisons, coaching, summaries, and related outputs, improve and maintain the Service, secure, debug, and support the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights needed to submit the User Content, that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights, and that your User Content does not violate law, contract, confidentiality obligations, or any other rights. You should not submit confidential employer materials, trade secrets, or other information you are not authorized to share.
You agree not to scrape, crawl, index, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Service; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code, models, prompts, or security mechanisms; resell, sublicense, transfer, or exploit the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes; submit false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious content; use the Service in a way that violates any law or third-party right; attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, authentication, or security protections; use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or interact with the Service at scale; access or attempt to access another user's data or account; upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code; or use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or for conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful, abusive, or unlawful.
The Service offers free and paid tiers: Free, Signal ($24.99/month), Vantage ($49.99/month), Signal Lifetime ($399 one-time), and Vantage Lifetime ($799 one-time). Pricing, features, and availability may change. Current pricing and plan descriptions will be displayed in the Service or during checkout.
Web purchases are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan on the web, you authorize Vetted AI LLC and Stripe to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and other amounts due.
Purchases made in the iOS app are processed through Apple In-App Purchase using StoreKit. Apple's payment terms and applicable App Store rules govern those purchases.
Signal and Vantage monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID or payment method on file will be charged at the then-current subscription price upon renewal. You authorize the applicable payment processor or platform to charge your selected payment method for renewal unless you cancel in time.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple IAP must be managed through your Apple ID account settings: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Vetted: Career Intelligence → Cancel Subscription. Subscriptions purchased through Stripe may be managed at tryvettedai.com or by contacting support@tryvettedai.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law.
Lifetime purchases are one-time payments that grant access to the specified tier's features for as long as that tier or corresponding service offering remains available. Lifetime access is non-transferable and applies only to the purchasing account. Future features may require a different tier or additional purchase.
Purchases made through Apple IAP are subject to Apple's refund policies. Refund requests for Apple IAP purchases must be submitted to Apple directly. Purchases made through Stripe may be eligible for a refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting support@tryvettedai.com. After 48 hours, all Stripe purchases are final. Unless otherwise required by law, all purchases are final.
Free-tier limits are set at our discretion and may change at any time. Exceeding free-tier limits may require a paid subscription.
The Service integrates with Apple (authentication and payments), GitHub (authentication), Stripe (web payments), Supabase (data storage), Anthropic (AI processing), Perplexity (market salary data), PostHog (product analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring). Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content, their policies, or their practices.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect and process identity information, authentication data, career profile information, job opportunity content, scored opportunity data, application status data, usage analytics, payment and subscription data, support communications, and technical logs. You acknowledge that we may use service providers and processors to operate, secure, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
The Service, including its software, design, code, architecture, text, graphics, workflows, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Vetted AI LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other laws. The Vetted Quotient (VQ) scoring framework, five-filter evaluation methodology, Pursue/Monitor/Pass output structure, and the "Vetted: Career Intelligence," "Vetted AI," and "Vetted Quotient" names and marks are proprietary to Vetted AI LLC. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service or any part of it without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
If you submit ideas, suggestions, feature requests, or feedback, you grant us the unrestricted right to use them without compensation or obligation to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUTS, MARKET DATA, COACHING INSIGHTS, OR OTHER SERVICE OUTPUTS WILL BE COMPLETE, CURRENT, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VETTED AI LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vetted AI LLC and its members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately or with notice if we believe you violated these Terms, engaged in abusive or harmful conduct, created risk to the Service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law.
If you access the Service through an iOS app, the following applies: these Terms are between you and Vetted AI LLC only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the Service. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the Service. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the Service, including product liability claims, claims that the Service fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or privacy laws. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you. You must also comply with Apple's App Store terms, policies, and minimum end-user license requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts, to the extent permitted by law. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@tryvettedai.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Last Updated date and may provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
